Looking for honda engine that redlines at 9500 rpms??? for 91 prelude. any ideas where to find this?

1991 honda prelude si, looking to do huge upgrades. i knew someone who ordered this motor from somewhere but no longer in contact with this person. any other ideas on upgrades please let me know
