Is this a good Shakespearean/Elizabethan Period Sonnet? ?

No offense but it sounds like a bad knock off of Sonnet 18. Lets avoid copyrighting off a guy who with all due respect is a way better writer than either of us will ever be.(yes even the ones who died in the 1500's)
