My computer keeps restarting and won't go to desktop/ windows...?

whenever i open it, this appear: we apologize for the inconvenience,but windows did not start etc.then their are options such as: safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt etc.at first i tried "last known configuration" then this appears: a problem has been directed and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Technical information: ****STOP: 0x00000070. it says to restart computer and if that errors reappears check for viruses on computer...but how can i do that when i cant even go to the desktop.. i tried every option: safe mode, safe with networking, etc (all the options there) and still it keeps reappearing, then i tried every option too in the F5 option and still those signs keeps reappearing...before it happened i had tried to put our computer in /SAFEBOOT (i had run MSCONFIG, boot, and check safe boot and check minimal) and had the "CHCKDSK /F the next time the computer restart" then when i restart the computer the problem happened.....pls help me..im desperate, i dont know what to do...thank you so much for anyone who would help me....
