PLEASE HELP!!! i have a 23 Lb Turkey?

I have a 23 LB turkey that was frozen yesterday that my husband brought home and i was going to put it in the fridge to thaw and then i started to not feel good so i laid down and i forgot about it and it was left out 13 hours. I just put it in the fridge now, the outsides were defrosted but the inside was still very frozen. Is it still good? what should i do? im so upset with myself.
