How to get sound back?

The sound is somehow disabled and i cant do a system restore because cannot find "rundll32.exe". Im positive that it is because of viruses. I've been trying to fight off them but the scanners never fully get rid of them. I really dont know what else I can do! I have been using Spyware Terminator, Malwarebytes anti malware, and SpyBot Search & Destroy.
