Will it still be fresh to eat?

I made chicken noodle cerole last night around 6PM yesterday. In it is egg noodles, shredded chicken, parmesan cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, ered cracker crumbs, and a few spices. We had an unexpected dinner change and I put the cerole into one of those flimsy cake pan tins. (It looks just like the kind you'd buy a premade cake in..flimsy tin pan and a cheap plastic cover) I put it in the freezer while still warm. My boyfriend said he wanted to have it for dinner tonight because it looked and smelled really good. Should I make a new cerole tonight or will the one in the freezer still be good? I don't want to reheat it frozen if its freezer burnt or unhealthy. Also, how should I cook it? Do I let it thaw then put it in the oven, or do I just put it directly in the oven from the freezer? Thanks for any suggestions!
