Would a police officer be charged, disciplined or fired for shooting at a suspects vehicle with a child inside?

I dont know. Do you have any idea what the suspect was wanted for? If it was for murder or serious ault felonies, then maybe that gives the cop some excuse but if it was for something minor then that is ridiculous. When you shoot through someones window that means you are trying to kill them because they would MOST LIKELY BE SHOT IN THE HEAD.
