Why are some americans wanting the very same tax policies that led to mive budget deficits?

keep in mind that Obama's policies are almost exactly like those of FDR and his policies did not reduce unemployment or stimulate the economy. The great depression ended when world war II started and not because of anything FDR did. Obama and the Dems spending will not do anything to get the economy going and those are facts. Even more so now that we are 2 years in and nothing he has done has helped! We are just further in debt.
