Looking for a crochet or knit pattern of this kind.....?

I'm trying to find a bolero pattern(size small to medium) and a dog sweater, any size. I have a chi, schnauzer, beagle, collie, and a rat terrier. Also is there a pattern for a pet RAT sweater? Or even for a harness for one instead of buying one? I would appreciate any help givin.
