Its bout this boy that raises a cheetah and later takes it back to the wild?

it all starts with this boy and his father find a baby cheetah in the wild and take it back where they live when the cheetah gets older the boys father thinks the cheetah has to go back the wild but he gets cancer and dies and the mom wants to take it to a shelter and makes the boy mad and this kid is like 13and takes it by walking in the wild of Africa and meets a guy the only name i know is the cheetah and its dumba its a movie based on a book iv seen it once but it was really good!!
