How to get a death off of MyDeathSpace.com...?

I'm extremely disturbed by this website and my boyfriend is on it. When he ped away in 2007 I had emailed the website to ask them to take his section out because the title of his article is complete slander. After I threatened to take legal actions, they took it down and now it's randomly back up? This is really bothering me and I find it really disgusting that people don't care enough about other people coping with a death of their loved one. Does anyone know any other way to contact the owner or whatever of this website other than messaging them?
