Can i install a laptop with Windows7, having Pentium M core?

I don't see why not. Do not expect good performance however if you're planning to do anything more demanding than light web browsing. Win7 needs easily 2GB ram for smooth operation. I would rather settle with Windows XP or Linux with those specs.
