Are there any restaurants in Allentown, PA that serve alligator?

Hi. I was watching a show, Masterchef, and on it this guy made alligator. It looked REALLY good and I was wondering if there were any places that served gators in Allentown, PA or near it. If you know any please let me know. Also please say which one is the best (if there are multiple places) if you want best answer. Thanks in advance!!
